When you use the Fitnest: Member App, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: email address, password (encrypted), name, surname, phone number, profile photo (optional).
- Membership Information: active memberships, payment status (informational only, no online payments are processed through the App).
- Training Information: training schedules, history of attendance, group sessions (including names of other members registered for the same session).
- Technical Information: device information and identifiers for analytics and crash reports.
Members can create an account either by themselves (using an invitation link) or by their trainer/studio. If a trainer/studio creates the account, the member will be required to set their password.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide access to the App and authenticate your account.
- To display your memberships, training schedules, and attendance history.
- To improve the App and its features (analytics, crash reports).
We do not process or store payment card details.

The App integrates with trusted third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – to analyze app usage and monitor performance.
