These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Fitnest: Pilates & Fitness App (“App”), provided by CRYSTAL PIGEON DOO NOVI SAD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by fitness studio owners, managers, and trainers. Users do not need to be legal entities, but must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the purpose of managing training sessions, clients, and studio operations.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
• Use the App in a way that could harm our services or other users.

3. Subscription & Payments

• The App is free for accounts managing up to 5 clients.
• To manage more than 5 clients, a monthly subscription is required.
• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewals are managed according to the rules of the respective platform (App Store / Google Play).
